1483718743 2017-01-06 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a 4 1/2 X 1 1/2 inch wellhead. The well is operated by a plunger lift system. The valves are in the open position. The tank battery is made up of one 100 bbl. tank, a horizontal separator, and a recording gauge all in an earthen dike. The production reporting is up to date and the tank is properly identified, and there are no violations.
