The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 By .750 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The 100 barrel tank was being shared with the Red Hill 4 (4331). The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
