The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. Domestic gas was being supplied off the salesline. The tank was inside an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
