Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1398353411 2014-04-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the drilling pad as incomplete. Site was surveyed off and marked, but no dirt work under way.
1416409198 2014-11-18 Completion Testing No Violations I was on location to witness the hydraulic fracturing of this well by Gasfrac. There was a delay in the starting the operation due to lines and pumps icing up from the below freezing temperatures. Because of the delay the butane/mineral oil slurry gelled up in the pump lines and had to be circulated out of the lines to prevent issues during pumping. The frac job is only able to be pumped during daylight and operations must stop before civil sunset. Pumping was able to commence at 14:00 and a 4000bbl stage was pumped at an average of 55 barrels per minute. An additional stage is going to be pumped if time permits. Tomorrow 11/19/14 will be a refueling day and the frac will continue with three additional stages on 11/20/14.
