0221592684 2015-01-21 Production Wells No Violations Compliance Follow-up -257971956: The well is incapable of production. There is no identification at the well head, and there is no longer a pumping unit. The production lines have all been cut at the wellhead. There are rusted tanks and disconnected flow lines scattered about the area. There has been no resolution to any of the issues. I talked to Dave Poling with Hocking Hills Energy and explained the issues. He will work with the Vinton County Inspector, Kip Thompson, on a timeline to plug or produce the wells.

Production records stated zero since 2006. Well should be plugged or placed in production. Photos were taken during inspection.

Flow line remains. I have spoken with well owner Doug Kitchen concerning the remainder of the restoration. He stated the flow line would be removed and the roadways seeded by 2-1-16.

1444846578 2015-10-14 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Hocking Hills Energy moved in and pulled the rods and tubing. They attempted to pull the 5 casing. They pulled three joints and the casing became stuck. Several attempts were made to pull the 5 casing. The casing was backed off at 510 feet. They set a 40 sack bottom hole plug, 25 sack rip plug and 63 sack surface plug. All plugs circulated.
1834015211 2014-04-10 Production Wells No Violations This is a follow-up inspection for the well being idle. Andy Thomas and Kip Thompson inspected this well before and wrote it up for not the well not being able to produce. The violation was issued on 1/11/2012. The well is still idle and there has been no attempt to put the well back into production. I will contact Kip Thompson and let him know about the situation.
