THIS WELL AND THE KUEBLER #2 (326) WERE ON A CHANGE OF OWNER FORM SUBMITTED BY ADAMS OIL & GAS THAT TRANSFERRED THESE TWO WELLS TO ADAMS FROM PIKE PETROLEUM. AFTER FURTHER LEGAL TITLE RESEARCH, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT ADAMS OIL & GAS DID NOT HAVE THE OWNERSHIP RIGHTS. ON MAY 11TH WE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM DOUG ADAMS, RENOUNCING HIS OWNERSHIP IN THESE TWO WELLS. AT THAT TIME, THESE WELLS WERE REACTIVATED IN THE ORPHAN WELL PROGRAM AND KILBARGER WAS CONTACTED TO PROCEED PLUGGING THEM. 5/23/07 MM
