Clay has been placed around the outside of tank and crude oil observed leaching through material. Called Mr. Doug Kitchen at 11:24 am at his office and spoke with secretary whom, stated that he is unavailable due to a meeting. Left message for him to return call asap. Called and left message on Mr. Doug Kitchens cell phone at 11:26 am with more detail. Called Mr. Ron Mcbride, Chieftain Energy Contractor, on his cell phone at 11:30 am. No return call. Mr. Paul Grims employees were driving by location therefore flagged down. They arrived on-site at 11:56 am and were informed of inspection results. Mr. Grims empoyees state that impacted areas were caused by Doug Kitchen. |
