1544628488 2018-12-12 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed the well consisted of a wellhead with tubing. There was a plunger lift assembly on the tubing. The main valve on the tubing was in the closed position. The casing had production lines coming off both sides of the casing. The side with 1 inch plastic line had a valve in the open position. The other side of the casing had 2 inch diameter steel production line and the valve on this line was in the closed position. No other production equipment was associated with this well. The well lacked a legible identification. The owner of the well shall place a legible identification at the wellhead.
