Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1158360588 2010-08-02 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations An attempt to perform an inspection and verify well status for the Division of Forestry was not successful. The well bore was not found with the current coordinates. GPS footage accuracy was not consistent, as well location would show within 40 then jump to over 100. Walked a perimeter through wooded area and found no evidence at this time. At time of the inspection, the timber located on the property was being cut. The personnel with this company were adivsed of my presence on the property before entering the location. Although cutting occurred a couple hundred feet away this notification was done for safety purposes. At conclusion of inspection, personnel with timber company were advised to flag and/or notify myself, or Forestry personnel of above casing. Recommended to Forestry personnel that Fall & Winter season may allow for discovery, due to less vegetative cover. Note: The State of Ohio, Division of Forestry, is purchasing property and to date have not observed well bore. A review of map and RBDMS prompted an inspection of potential orphan.
