0811014542 2004-07-14 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found tank but no well. Will have to go back and get the well - up on hill, tank has good IDs but no permit no. - is 3 wells up there, 2 of which arent producing and one (0019?) is producing, tank too close to road and on Larry Lauers land - they are fighting about road and right of way to well - wants royalty and metered separate - producing all wells up there into common meter which was ok until 40-arce tract sold off. Layco is shown as domestic exempt operator and computer shows 14 wells for him so that needs straightened out.
1331560040 2012-03-12 Production Wells No Violations My inspection this day due to request by producer, Dale Layton, to verify that well is producing. This day found well has been worked on and now has modern pumping unit on it - is pumping this day and very capable of producing. Dale says this well sold 10 bbl in 2011 - only got the well back going in the Fall as landowner had him locked out of property - trying to break lease. Dale says when he bought lease only 3 wells were producing, now has 8 wells going and will get last well producing by end of summer. Up until 2007, wells were all considered Domestic Exempt, for some reason and only started reporting production in 2008. This day I witnessed oil running into stock tank and possible 15 bbl in in so far for the year. Good identification at well and at 100 bbl ship tank at road - no dike. The annual production reported to ODNR shows well is producing in commercial quantities and certainly in paying quantities. Landowner owns his own wells which are in violation.
1415750666 2014-11-10 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Witnessed clay plugging operations for this well. Mr. Larrey Martins service rig was standing over the well and his crew was on location upon arrival. Total depth was tagged with tools at 1024. Approximately 6 tons of prepared clay was washed into the hole and clay was seen at the surface inside the 4.875 casing. Mr. Martins crew will allow the clay to settle overnight and will top it back off tomorrow before cutting the casing and welding the ID plate. RBDMS records indicated that this well consisted of 8 conductor, 6.625 surface casing, and 4.875 production casing. Mr. Martins crew dug down a few feet around the 4.875 casing and only a few wooden boards were found, no other casing. A clay ticket was provided before the plug job commenced.
1416957073 2007-03-14 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found old well with scissor jack, tied into gas line and produces oil and gas - ship tank up here near well, ship tank down by road - needs IDs but he doesnt know permit no. STEVE -
1451916750 2015-12-31 Final Restoration No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that this location is fully reclaimed. The pits are filled, the location is back to grade, production equipment has been removed, the lease road is restored for use to access other wells, and there is a full vegetative cover established. Final restoration passed 12/31/15.
