Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1414238893 2018-02-12 Production Wells No Violations The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit, a 7 inch diameter surface casing, and 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing. The valve on the wellhead is open for production. There is a 100 barrel steel tank in an earthen dike with an identification sticker on it but the writing on the sticker is worn away and illegible. There is an electric line hooked up to the motor on the pumping unit.
