1010559413 2009-03-26 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well producing with jack. I believe this is landowner well - 2 tanks, no IDs, no dike, oily mess behind down below tanks, has been running water into pit and oil all around the edge. Landowner needs to get well in his name or suggested Bobby Anderson see landowner about acquiring, as landowner cannot take care of it. No one around today to talk to but will go back and give him the domestic exempt paperwork.
