Tanks are really looking nice with a beautiful dike, still needs IDs up but said he had the sticker - may be waiting for it to quit raining. Dike will hold 110%, road ditch all cleaned out and all traces of oil gone. Still a couple pads around the tanks. Really looks good!

2004652841 2006-05-22 Production Wells No Violations Called this day with complaint of oil spill - running down road ditch and close to getting in creek - not sure who owns well. Found landowner has been operating the well - I had visited well before and wrote Need IDs on tank in hopes that someone would identify it. Talked to people across the road - they had been pumping it and they didnt know what happened, but I say tank ran over - reportedly happened about a month ago so recent rains may have washed some down the creek, but really doesnt look like made it to the creek. They gave me name of landowner - he is driving home from FLA and will be home by this weekend. Informed him of spill, got permission to have B-D Oil to pick up tank - was almost full and afraid old tank may not hold. B-
