No one has been to this well in a long time, has not pumped from looks of polish rod and is no motor, but valve is open. I have contacted this operator numerous times over period of 3 years, or more to become bonded and legal - keeps telling me he is working on it and that he cant afford it, and that Carl Heinrich says he doesnt need to be. I have told him he does. All their wells are old but not all drilled by them, all need some serious attention. If they cant afford to operate, should get out of the business. Also, no record of annual production, probably not paying taxes either! |

A new string of 2 tubing has been run into the well and set with a packer. There is a new stuffing box as well as new 2 to 1 fittings, check valves, and ball valves. There is now a 1.25 black plastic flow line running from the well to the Dominion Gas sales line at the end of the road. I spoke with Bobby Kroll about the well and he stated the well is producing. I told him that I will close the compliance notice on the condition that he posts legible and correct ID information at the well and he agreed to do so. |

The well consists of a 4 casing and 2 production tubing on a packer with rods. The 4 casing is rotted off at the surface, and the 2 tubing is very loose in the hole. There is a pumping unit over the well head with no motor. The 1.5 valve on the production tubing is open and has a 1 poly line attached to it on a reducer. The line does not appear to have pressure on it. No leaks are present at the surface. Mr. Daryl Bowersock has recently become bonded/insured. I will contact him in regard to plugging or producing this well. |
