During my inspection the well was equipped with 5.5 inch production casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. The 2.375 inch tubing was left open to the atmosphere with no lines or valves attached. The 5.5 inch production casing valve was opened with domestic gas line and regulator attached. The pumping unit was over grown with vegetation and the identification was not posted. No action has been taken to gain compliance. Pictures were taken to assist with this inspection. |
