The compliance notice stated failure to legibly identify well and well shall be plugged. During my inspection the well was equipped with 5.5 inch casing and 2.375 inch tubing on a clamp. The 2.375 inch tubing is reduced down to 1 inch steel line with a valve in the closed position. This well is idle. Pictures were taken to assist with this inspection. |
