0438565478 2018-12-18 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I am conducting an inspection per request of AEP representative Vaughn Kaufmann (740-601-4068). I received a call from Mr. Kaufmann on 12/13/2018 in regard to a well that was found while clearing an area near Thermo-Fisher Scientific. He stated that AEP wanted to commence construction in the vicinity of the well in March 2019, and would like to plug the well. I found it setup to be produced as an open-flow well and equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing and a 4x2 inch diameter reduction swage with the 2 inch production valve closed. A slight bubbling sound can be heard at the wellhead, but there is no indication of fluid in the immediate area. An inoperable pressure gauge is present on the wellhead. The production facility consists of (1) steel tank of an unknown capacity (approximately 70 barrels), along with a vertical separator. There is no identification and no dike surrounding the tank. Pictures were taken. Further investigation will need conducted to determine ownership.
1645455241 2008-09-23 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found tanks, very rusty and overgrown, no IDs but could not find well. Im sure its there but no one producing, dont know if I could get Virco to take as they have other wells on lease. Tanks right under big power line.
