GPS location is close enough to where #3364 was plugged that I believe this permit no belongs to this 8 casing, standing 2.5 above ground level - when stick rod down well, meet solid resistance about 1 below ground level. Paul Beaver plugged this well, with clay, and he said they probably left casing standing above ground level. I cannot be sure this is #3364 - well is not leaking and no water standing in it. Will send to Columbus to let them analyze information and make decision. |
