1559765234 | 2019-06-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | On this day, I am conducting an inspection per request of landowner, John Dollison. I found the well equipped with 1.9 inch diameter tubing visible at surface. There is a slight gas leak at the tubing head, but no elevated levels register on the gas detector. It is setup to be produced as an open-flow well with the master valve closed on the tubing. It appears that a 2 inch diameter steel flowline is connected to a casing string below grade with a valve open and connected to a drip tank with a low pressure regulator and a pressure gauge present. The gauge has a current reading of 65 pounds per square inch. A 1-inch diameter plastic flowline then leads away from the drip tank and is buried below surface. The production facility consists of (1) 100-barrel steel tank, vertical separator, and sales meter. Thick vegetation surrounds the facility and wellhead. No sales chart or identification is currently present. Production was reported from 1985-1993 by Decker Well Service. Multiple pictures were taken. It will be noted that Mr. Dollison stated that he was unaware of the wellhead on the property, and initially contacted ODNR in regard to the production equipment. |
