0833563360 2016-03-25 Production Wells No Violations Received a call at 10:00 pm on 3/24/16 from DOGRM Emergency Response Duty Officer Terry Whitehair regarding a reported gas leak along an old railroad bed near Duck Creek in Whipple. The woman who called the leak in, Leah Ritchey, claimed she could hear and smell the leak, which was not near any houses, but is along an area where people walk along the old railroad bed. Upon inspection on 3/25, it was observed that the leak is in a 1.5 black plastic line which crosses Duck Creek and is draped over tree branches. I contacted Virco, Inc. and let a well tender know of the leak. He stated he would shut the well in and repair the leak early next week.
1306100197 2011-05-20 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations Looked on ridge where well should be. Talked to several neighbors and the Hills and they do not know of a well up on this ridge. Virco says they have never been to it.
