The well is equipped with 4.5 inch casing, 2 inch steel lines coming off both sides with valves in the closed position and plugs on the valves. The well is idle. There is no production equipment consisted with this well. No changes to the well have been made since the inspection by ODNR Inspector Lynn Parkins on 6/18/14. The well is not causing any pollution. The well is located in a nice neighborhood in a mowed yard with shrubs planted directly beside the wellhead making it not visible when looking from a distance. Pictures were taken of the well to assist this inspection. |
