1445043379 | 2014-11-04 | Exempt Well Pre Transfer | No Violations | Performed an inspection on this well upon request from the ODNR DOGRM bonding section. Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is equipped for domestic use only. The well consists of a 4.5 casing with a swedge to a 2 ball valve and a tee that runs through 2 separate domestic gas regulators. The flow line runs to a mechanical separator, a drip, a domestic gas meter, and out to the Donahues residence. There is a 100 bbl production tank present in the containment dike and it is hooked up to the separator. I spoke with Mrs. Allison Donahue in person and she stated that Mr. Allen Anderson used to sell gas off of this well until Dominion pulled the sales meter. The well has been used for the Donahues domestic purposes since then. There are no significant compliance issues at the well to prevent the transfer of ownership. |
1482955430 | 2017-01-20 | Exempt Well Pre Transfer | No Violations | The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a plunger lift system, 4 1/2 inch diameter wellhead, 2 inch diameter steel production lines, 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing, and two (2) gas pressure cut off valves that appear to be used for house gas. The lines for this well lead to the house on the property that the well is on. The valves on the wellhead are open at the time of inspection. The tank battery is equipped with a vertical separator and a 100 barrel steel tank with proper identification near the tank. There are no issues to report at this time and this well appears to be used for primarily house gas at the time of inspection. |
