Upon inspection, it was observed that a domestic gas line had been set aflame a few days prior. Reno VFD Chief Mr. Dan Richey stated that the call came in at 9:30 pm on Friday, 5/15/2015 and they arrived on location to put the flames out. Mr. Richey stated that the fire was small and simply shutting the valve to the line at the well head put the fire out. Mr. Richey surmised that the cause of the fire was arson, but this was not clearly confirmed. No violations were observed on the well location. |
