During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. There is no motor present to power the pumping unit. The tubing valve is closed and the production valve is open. The production equipment consists of one drip with a 1 inch plastic domestic gas line with a closed valve and one 100 barrel tank within an earthen dike. The identification is located at the well, the production records are current, and there are no violations present. |
