0914906814	2016-06-02	Final Restoration	No Violations	The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on a final restoration. During my inspection I witnessed no evidence of an oil and gas well and the site has been restored. Location has met 1509.072 B requirements.
1726700678	2014-12-30	Plug / Plug Back	No Violations	On location to witness plugging operations for this well. B-E Resources used their service rig to tag total depth at 1053. 2 tubing was in the hole at 1005. Formation Cementing pumped a 400 plug from 1005-605 using 57 sks of class A cement with 2% CaCl and 3.8 bbls of freshwater displacement. JT wireline then shot the 5.5 casing off at 603 in preparation for a 200 rip isolation/bottom of surface plug. Formation Cementing established good circulation and began pumping through the 5.5 casing. Cement returns were seen at the surface, indicating that a hole may be present in the 5.5 casing. I instructed Formation to stop cementing and circulate the cement out of the hole so the casing could be pulled. B-E Resources will pull the 5.5 casing OOH and run 2 tubing back in to 570 to set the remaining plugs. The plug job will be finished on 1-2-2015.
