Well has jack pulled off to side, well is hooked into sales line and valve cracked, current chart in meter shows well making nothing. John Schneider had told me upper Wulfert well would be going in Dec. 2007, still has not been finished and that is what landowner is mad about - he told her same thing. Both wells have sent idle for many years, records show this well has not produced since 1998 and Mr. Schneider told me this well needs service rig and power swivel to produce - well is not shut in but not really capable of producing this way, not enough gas for landowner to use any. Well way up on hill has never produced and in last 2 years, have gone in and fracted it, laid 2 line all the way down the hill but have not tied it in yet. Re-doing the tank and separator location and have not finished it. In recent couple of years, 3 new houses have been built near the lower well and tank and one of those landowners complains tank too near. Stepped it off and found they have built their house very close to 100 from the existing tank. Cant blame Stonebridge for that and landowner should not be complaining. Tried to get a commitment out of John Schneider as to when they could finish up these 2 wells and tank but could not give one. Time for C. O.s as landonwer has complained for several years. Records show this well made 17 mcf in 2006 - not sure how they are measuring something so small. |

Gary, who works for Dominion Gas, built house 125 from tanks, not producing back then but are now and doesnt like fumes when well pumps. Well up on ridge (about 1/2 mile away) is the well he complains about - pumps with natural gas engine, no odor day I was there. Poor to no market for the gas. No violations, could use more dike but no law broke. Well is producing gas, metered with flow meter, good IDs on tank. Well he complains about Stonebridge re-completed in last 2 years and have set the tank down with this tank by the road. Called John Schneider and asked him to see if everything functioning correctly, consider anything to help with odor problem. Called landowner and passed along suggestions for helping with the situation. |
