2001177092 2016-11-14 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on a domestic well. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. The well is capable of production. Valves are opened on the production casing and tubing. The production equipment consists of one 100 barrel steel tank, one vertical separator, and a drip. 1 inch diameter plastic domestic gas line is attached to the drip with an opened valve. All production equipment is within an earthen dike.
