| 1995484425 | 2014-12-31 | Exempt Well Pre Transfer | No Violations | Performed an inspection on this well in response to a request from ODNR DOGRM Bonding Section. Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is equipped for domestic as well as production use. The well consists of 7 surface casing, 4.5 intermediate casing, 2 tubing, rabbit catcher, and logic controller. The well is shut in on the production side and is cracked open on the domestic side. The domestic side leads to a regulator, drip, domestic meter, another drip, and out to the Huck Residence at 2555 Watertown Road. The tank battery for the well consists of a 100 bbl production tank, mechanical separator, drip, meter run, and containment dike. The production equipment within the dike is not in use. Only the domestic equipment is in use. I spoke with the landowner, Mr. David Huck and he stated that the well is currently in use for the house on the Huck Farm. I explained to Mr. Huck that legible identification information must be posted at the well/tank battery once the well is transferrred into his ownership. No significant violations were observed. |
