| 1459320966 | 2019-02-05 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | I was on location today to follow-up on a complaint received by landowner Regina Young. During my inspection I found that this well is not capable of production. The well has 4.5 inch diameter casing at the surface with a swage on it. The production valve on the sales line is currently shut. I spoke with the adjacent landowner Mike Moore while doing my inspection and he let me know the sales line had been removed 15 years ago. The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to (Justin Smith) at (5880 Memory Rd Zanesville Oh, 43701) within 30 days, per ORC 1509:13(B)(7), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. |
