The oil filled the containment dike, ran over, ran down the lease road on to County Road 8, and headed toward a small gorge that had water in it from a culvert that drained from the road. Crews were on the scene cleaning the spill up when I got there. I spoke with Mr. Marty Miller in person and we went over what the cause of the spill was, and how to remediate the area that was impacted by the spill. He stated that the tank will be replaced when the weather permits it. |

--horse consists of two hydraulic cylinders on each side of the wellhead that mount to the carrier bar, and a skid mounted power unit with an electric motor and a hydraulic reservoir that is located beside the wellhead. The production casing valve is open and the tubing valve is open. A domestic gas line with a drip, a Little Joe regulator, and an open valve, is attached to the production casing. The production equipment for this well consists of a vertical separator and a 100 barrel tank within an earthen dike. Proper identification is located on the 100 barrel tank, the production records are current, and there are no violations present. |
