0907469942	2019-01-08	Production Wells	No Violations	On this day, I found the well equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.875 inch diameter tubing, and 1.9 inch diameter tubing with the production valves closed. It is setup to be produced by means of a pumping unit with rods and an electric motor. The production facility consists of (2) 100 barrel steel tanks, drip tank, vertical separator, and an orifice sales meter with a current chart all contained within an earthen dike. The tank is identified and the production records are current. The facility is shared with permit number 2-5889. I spoke with Gordy Deer of Deer Oil and Gas during the inspection.

1526993943	2018-05-21	Production Wells	Violations Noted -lying oil in the steel line into the creek. He told me seven wells were feeding into the line and all of them make mainly gas and he estimated about 5 to 7 gallons of oil into the creek. We walked to a bridge on CR 76A where the line was located. Tom informed me that the spill was called into him at about 8:00 PM and that at around 9 PM there were others out there cleaning up the oil, containing the oil in the creek, and shutting in the wells attached to the sales line to prevent any more oil from escaping. At 10:54 PM I called Mr. Lane again to report my finding to him. I then walked back to my truck with Tom and spoke to him about the spill. He asked me what else he should do tonight about the spill until the morning when they can begin cle
