Called Mr. Mace to ask him to get spill cleaned up, preferably that day as supposed to rain for next several days - he said oil on ground was no big deal, very insignificant and didnt seem concerned - he is landowner. That was Friday afternoon about 4:30 when I finally had phone service to call him. Will write violation. Mr. Mace also needs to get bonded - he has several wells but continues to use the DM status. I have asked him to get bonded. This well is Exempt Mississippian. 4/30/2010 - Inspection found oily spot has been covered with Gator, still no IDs. |
