The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit, a 3 1/2 inch diameter production casing on a casing hanger, and 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing. There is no legible identification at the well. The valves on the wellhead are closed for production. There has been no resolution to the issues on this well and the well is idle. I spoke with John Schneider Production superintendant of Stonebridge at 11:33 AM about this well and the NEWBERGER # 2. He informed me that he was unsure as to what exactly would be happening with this well and believed there were some landowner issues that they were dealing with. He would like to see them plugged but John needs to look into it again to see if there is a civil issue with the well. |
