0043254567 | 2004-08-27 | Production Wells | No Violations | Inspection this day found well completed with 4 1/2 casing, valve closed on top - well not in production and may not have ever produced, no IDs, original trail to well overgrown and almost gone. No one has produced in 20? Years. Wish someone had completion report to see how deep - accompanied by Chancy Cline, who has wells on lease and might be interested in taking over - |
0422435496 | 2005-08-09 | Orphan | No Violations | Walked lease this day with Chancey Cline and Bill Jones, dozer road been made to wells, landowner willing to let Chancey fool with wells alittle to try and determine value. They dont know who owns them and didnt even know they were there. Columbus has no record of completions, appear to have 4.5 casing, one may not be cemented, neither produced. Carl Heinrich says he doesnt own. |
0620411111 | 2016-04-14 | Orphan | No Violations | Performed an inspection of this well in response to a request from DOGRM Permitting Section. Upon inspection, it was observed that the well is idle and incapable of production. The well consists of 7 surface casing and 4.5 production casing in clamps with a 4-2 swedge and gate valve. The 4.5 casing is bent over to nearly a 90 degree angle and is pinched shut where the casing is set in its clamps. There are no flow lines attached to the well. There is fluid at the top of the 7 casing. There are several sub-mature trees grown up around the well. The lease road has several downed trees across it and is deeply rutted in many areas. No tanks were found to be associated with the well. There is no other surface equipment near the well. The well does not appear to leak any fluid. Previous inspection reports indicate that Larrey Martin, a local producer, may be interested in taking this well over. I will contact Mr. Martin and inquire about the lease. The well has not produced in many years. Photos were taken of the location. |
1740639516 | 2014-04-09 | Orphan | No Violations | My inspection this day with a local oil producer, Larrey Martin, who is interested in adopting these wells. He has talked to landowner who has agreed to sign a lease. Larrey has the closest wells to this property so he is the likely candidate to adopt them. This day found this idle well equipped with 10 diameter surface casing and 4.5 diameter production casing with a frac valve and a 4 x 2 swage. It appears that this well has been run over by large equipment as the visible casing lays flat against the ground. There is thick brush all around the well the valve cannnot be opened. Thie other wells on this property were first inspected in 2004 but I just found this well today. There is no information on the well in our database. I have also sent a request to Regional Supervisor Rocky King for a contact person/agent for this company, if still in existance. |
