1248225316 2004-08-27 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well completed with 4 1/2 casing, has tubing run in it and all valves closed and frozen shut. No IDs, trail to this well almost gone, no one been to this well in 20? Years, - roll of plastic line laying beside well - suspect this well did produce for a short time, other well did not. At this time, no one claiming interest in them, accompanied by Chancy Cline who might be interested in acquiring, but not a registered operator yet.
1929589739 2016-04-14 Orphan No Violations Performed an inspection of this well in response to a request from DOGRM Permitting Section. Upon inspection, it was observed that the well is idle and incapable of production. The well consists of 12 conductor and 7 surface casing with a 7-4 swedge, 4.5 well head, and 2 tubing with a gate valve. There is no fitting closing the 4.5 from the atmosphere. There is a slight gas odor around the well head area. There are no flow lines attached to the well. There are several sub-mature trees grown up around the well, and one is actually up against the 2 tubing. The lease road has several downed trees across it and is deeply rutted in many areas. No tanks were found to be associated with the well. There is an 8 long section of 12 casing laying beside the well. There are old plastic flow lines laying in a pile near the well. The well does not appear to leak any fluid. Previous inspection reports indicate that Larrey Martin, a local producer, may be interested in taking this well over. I will contact Mr. Martin and inquire about the lease. The well has not produced in many years. Photos were taken of the location.
2088143379 2014-04-09 Orphan No Violations My inspection this day with a local oil producer, Larrey Martin, who is interested in adopting the wells on this property. He has the closest production so he is the most likely candidate. He has talked with landowner and they are have agreed to sign a lease. I found this well sitting idle and equipped with 10 diameter surface casing, 7 diameter production casing, 2 3/8 diameter tubing and a frac valve still on the well, which was shut in. The only records available in our database was for the cementing of the surface casing. Larrey will try and find out more information about the well and then decide if he will acquire and produce them.
