Tanks with no IDs, fair dike, meter not turning. 11/18/2004 - Dial meter is turning, but chart not turning in meter for some unknown reason, well just needs IDs now to resolve. 12/6/2004 - Inspection found dials ARE turning in meter and talked to meter person - well is producing but still needs IDs - wont send for C. Os for just IDs 3/10/05 - still no IDs 4/27/2005 Now has IDs up - meter turning! Resolved |
