0519353701	2014-06-06	Production Wells	No Violations	I had to walk past this well to get to other wells on the Stark lease, and in doing so I noticed a significant natural gas leak from a 2 bull plug on the annulus of the production tubing for this well. I called Jordan from G-R Contracting and explained the situation to him, and he dispatched their pumper, Mark Foreman, to the location to fix the leak. After the leak was fixed, I had Mark put new I.Ds on all the wells on the Stark lease. I will go back and get new coordinates for this well next week.
1773733507	2006-03-06	Production Wells	No Violations	Inspection this day found tank but not well - is across a huge drainage that need 4-wheeler to cross - cant drive or walk across, plus when you get across is electric fence to take down. They were across yesterday and put new motor on jack and is now producing, in anticipation of my inspection. Good IDs at tank, good dike, current chart in meter. Have to go around to next road over and walk aways. For another day.
