Weeds and other growth around the well and tank indicated no one had been to well in many months - annual production records show well has not produced since 2008. Well needs complete identification posted and plugged or produced. Dike also needs reworked to meet SPCC requirements. 8/22 - Dale Greenleas called to see when they were going to plug well. I explained to him that it could be a couple years before attorneys too action. |
