Formation set a Clinton Sand plug (5149-4749 feet) on the 18th. On the 19th Jet Wireline was called out to log and rip casing. The Bond log for this well showed that the pipe was bonded pretty well all the way up hold to about 1800 feet. Jet wireline then perforated the 4 1/2 inch diameter casing around 3714 feet to be close to the Big lime to set a perf and squeeze plug there. We then shot pipe off around 1800 feet and that pipe was recovered. A Big Lime/perf and squeeze plug was set (3714-3514 feet), a Berea Sandstone plug 1771-1571 feet), a bottom of surface plug (820-620 feet), and a surface plug (200-0 feet). All violations have been resolved on this well and this well is now plugged. |

During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing, 4.5 inch diameter to 2.375 inch diameter swage nipple, and a 2.375 inch diameter ball valve. The valve was shut. This well has not been plugged, it is incapable of production, and it is not within compliance of Chiefs Order #2016-265. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks, one 1700 gallon poly tank, and a horizontal separator. Production equipment was shared with well 3416728835. Production equipment was within an earthen dike. Pictures were taken to assist with this inspection. |
