I am accompanied by Mr. Collins, and he expressed concern for the potential of a slip to occur along the lease road, just behind his house trailer. There is currently no noticeable substantial erosion that has occurred within the area in question. I spoke to Tim McConnehay on 10/02/2018, with EnerVest, to inform him of the landowners concern. The well is equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing and setup to be produced as an open-flow well with the production valve open at the wellhead. There is a drip tank and domestic meter situated near the wellhead The production facility consists of (2) 100 barrel steel tanks, a vertical separator, drip tank, and an orifice sales meter with a current chart contained within an earthen dike. The facility is shared with permit number 2-4309. The production records are current and the tank is properly identified. It will be noted that the base of one of the steel tanks appears to be moist and have a possible integrity issue that will need to be monitored. |
