Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-278883135 2006-5-22 0:00: PL No Violations
0278883135 2006-05-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Inspection this day found no well but big nice flat field where location had been. Talked to landowner and he says well plugged. Talked to ESI and there are trying to find cement ticket but they are all in storage in Indiana. MIKE - this is the 4th well of ESIs that is missing information. There are 2 Clarks Hillcrest Farm wells, a P & G Smith well and now this one that are not showing up as plugged. Century has several wells also that are plugged and are still showing PR. I have asked the companies more than once to come up with cement tickets and send to Columbus - I dont know if Century did but ESI hasnt found any yet. Why so many in the western part of my county? I guess they wont get changed to PA until they produce tickets - maybe we have a paper record at the office - will check. You at one time said something about records at Columbus you were unable to match up to a well. If you have some for WA county, these wells may match. Maybe I should look at next time up there or you could send to Cambridge?
1686874393 2010-03-10 Final Restoration No Violations Inspection this day found what looked to be location but no hole found, no debris left. Well was plugged 18 years ago and trees growing in area making exact location hard to find.
