1847367763 2018-08-22 Production Wells Violations Noted On this day, I found the well equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing and 1.9 inch diameter tubing with the production valves open. It is produced by means of a pumping unit with rods and a gas engine. The production facility consists of (1) 210 barrel steel tank, drip tank, vertical separator, and an orifice sales meter with a current chart all contained within an earthen dike. The production records are current through 2016. The identification needs updated to include the following: current operator, emergency contact, well name, permit number, and county. An attempt to contact the company was made on 8/24/18 at 9:00am, with no answer, and a voicemail requesting a callback.
1988500617 2018-09-04 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I am conducting a compliance notice follow-up inspection. The issue is not resolved. I spoke with Andrew at Genesis Resources on 08/29/18 to inform him of the identification issue, and gave him the time frame for the resolution. He indicated that he had multiple wells that needed updated identification, and he will be addressing them all at once. Attempted call to Andrew on 9/4/2018, with no answer, and the mailbox is full.
