The well consists of 8.625 surface casing, 4.5 production casing, and 1.5 production tubing with a plunger lift system. It is evident that the well has not been visited in awhile, as the logic controller is dead and the motor valve cannot actuate. The surface equipment is heavily corroded/scaled and there is a slight H2S odor around the well head area. The tank battery consists of a 100 bbl production tank, mechanical separator, meter run, and containment dike. Legible and correct ID information is posted on the tank.
