Pit has been filled in, good IDs are up, transfers have been sent in transferring wells from Roger Reed (legal owner) to Bobby Anderson - told Bobby that well still on Sunny Shores bond, transfer may not go thru. Says ground still needs to be tilled up, lime and fertilizer has been spread - he thought the farmer would do that. Bobby says adding both wells to his bond, filing for permit to deepen 2nd well not in production.

Hole filled with water, shots went off sucessfully - hole will be swabbed tomorrow, then rods, tubing run to put well back in production. History of well is that originally drilled to 1100 - operator ran 4.5 casing on a packer to 886 to sell the gas below. When no gas found, well was deepened to 1194 by Bobby Anderson. Bobby had pumped well after deepening and still had only water so today, shot zone from 1165-1170 and 1175-1180 with explosives. Believes he now has gas in this zone and will run 2 on packer to 1160? to isolate water and produce gas. Pits storing brine are now filled in, grass starting to grow, well has been transferred to registered operator - has wrong permit number up and will correct today. RESOLVED

1083911957 2011-06-01 Production Wells No Violations FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 1306977702 Call today from neighbors - say jack is pumping but no water tank - brine water going on ground. Landowner/Operator is pumping well and putting the water on his own crop ground. Well was pumping at 5 PM and continued until 8 PM. Called and talked to Mrs. Reed at 5:30 PM and told her to shut the well down - they could not put brine on the ground - and they did not shut well down. Lease with Sunny Shores was broke 6/10 and the Reeds took over ownership - have yet to get bonded and insured to operate the 2 wells they took back for Sunny Shores. This well was put in production 12/10 and reports are that well is pumped every night and almost every morning. Fines can be levied for 1st time brine-dumping. Operator needs to shut well down until installing a brine tank, then brine must be hauled away. Operator needs to get bonded, insured and post correct IDs at well. 6/14 - pit has been filled in, plastic liner gone, now has steel tank with Bobby Anderson IDs that they are pumping into. Water lab results back show 26,000 chlorides. Paper work sent in to transfer from Roger Reed to Bobby Anderson - I told Bobby needed to send legal proof but he didnt - Erica sending back.
1165191290 2016-08-03 Final Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is to check on the status of a final restoration. During my inspection the 100 barrel tank has been removed and the pit has been filled. The casing from the plugged well still needs cut down 3 feet below surface grade. A dozer remains on location to return the location to the original surface grade. The well location is located in a field that is currently being used to grow crops. The landowner that farms the field arrived during my inspection and he is satisfied with the pace of the final restoration operations. Final restoration will not be passed at this time. There are no violations noted during inspection.

1307110499 2011-06-02 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day to finish the investigation/complaint from neighboring landowners that landowner/operator dumping brine on the ground. Took pictures, water samples - found Quantabs showed off the HIGH scale, over 6500 ppm chlorides. Well is being pumped into a pit 25 x 15 - pit had been lined with plastic but this day is torn and ripped in places - leaking into the ground. Ground shows indicates that pit has been run over and brine gone out of the pit and across the crop ground about 50 or more below pit. As reported in NOV, landowner is pumping well 3 hrs every night and most mornings. Landowner also needs to get bonded and insured. Called wife last night and told her to shut the well down, it continued to pump, according to the neighbors until engine ran out of gas. This is blatant disregard for the laws and feel a brine-dumping fine appropeate in this case. These 2 wells were legally taken back from Sunny Shores in 6/10 - Columbus has told this ground of landowners - now well owners - to get bonded and insured and I have reminded them several times of the requirement.

1469642131 2016-07-26 Plug / Plug Back No Violations During my inspection Formation Cementing set a 200 foot bottom hole plug inside the 6.25 inch open hole. 4.5 inch production casing is on a packer at 886 feet. Jet Wireline Services used a casing cutter at 550 feet and Anderson Drilling attempted to pull the 4.5 inch casing but was unsuccessful. Jet Wireline Services ran a log to view free spots on the backside of the 4.5 inch casing and we decided the best place to use the casing cutter was at 200 feet. Anderson Drilling pulled the free 4.5 inch casing.
1588899930 2011-06-14 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found tank had been set and tied into well - no dike, good IDs on tank say Anderson Drilling is operator. Jack is not pumping, pit has been filled in - still have trough from well to where pit was full of brine. That still needs filled in. Ground where pit was has been mulched, Bobby said put lime and fertilizer also. Cannot yet resolve violations - Bobby showed me transfer from Roger Reed to Anderson - well still in Sunny Shores name so not sure if transfer will go.
1672713838 2010-08-26 Completion Testing No Violations Inspection this day found logger on location, logging well to see how can be completed. No IDs, well still not in production but found 4.5 casing down to 886 with packer, hole drilled to 1064, just short of pay zone.
1801256188 2008-07-21 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Inspection this day found no change. Well still not producing, valves shut - no tubing in well? Farmer has reclaimed up to well but pictures show lease road still needs straightened up and seeded, Joint of casing and small steel tank still on location. No grass has been sewn. No IDs. Time for Chiefs Orders. Several landowners in area complaining - owner is taking pay and not paying landowner royalties - wells have not been completed.
1900435570 2016-08-16 Final Restoration No Violations I met with Bobby Anderson on location to check the status of the final restoration. This location is in the same field as 3416729623. Both locations are getting restored at the same time. During my inspection there was not any tanks, pits, or debris left on location. The site has been graded back to its original grade. The location is in a crop field where the landowner, Mr. Reed, is currently growing crops. This final restoration can be passed. Location has met 1509.072 B requirements.
1939711069 2007-07-19 Preliminary Restoration Violations Noted Inspection this day found well not producing, tied into sales line but both valves shut, no IDs, very small tank with no IDs, joint of surface casing, 55-gal drum still on location. Farmer has reclaimed location so he could farm - operator didnt do it. 11/3 - Little change, well still has valves shut, not producing, pile of various sizes of pipe and small tank in middle of cropland. Remove joint of surface casing, 55-gal drum. Well is not producing - plug or produce. Post IDs. Failure to comply may result in bond forfeiture. 12/7 - well now in production - other requirements not met.
1985187031 2010-01-06 Administrative Inspection No Violations Talked with Bobby Anderson, previous owner who sold system to Jim Ray of Sunny Shores. He has made offer to Jim Ray to buy some of the pipeline, drill rig but gets inconsistant answers. Bobby says Jim Ray says he does not own wells - are not in his name - so cant sign them over or sell them (even tho he did sign the Form 7 with Columbus on the Marvin Hanger wells.). Bobby says he is trying to get things straightened out to move along the sale or production of the idle wells and will keep me posted.
