During my inspection the well was equipped with 7 inch surface casing, 4.5 inch production casing, 2 inch tubing, and a gauge topping the 2 inch tubing reading, 0 pounds per square inch. There is a valve on the 4.5 inch production casing and on the 2 inch tubing, both valves are closed. This well is completely disconnected and incapable of production. A vertical separator sits near by the well head, within 20 feet, and is disconnected. 2 inch plastic lines and a pile of 2 inch steel tubing remain on the ground beside the well. The lease road for the well goes through an idle field that is grown up by vegetation. Inspection was completed on foot due to the extremely rough grade leading up to the well. There was not any form of identification present near by the well. No action has been taken to gain compliance. Pictures were taken to assist with this inspection. |
