Reclamation had been done but work on the pond was still needed. Pond is large - 300 x 100 - and plastic liner being removed this day. Sample taken to test water but frogs, etc. living in pond this day so not toxic. Will wait for analysis to come back and landowner waiver before agreeing to request to leave. |

I do not believe dike will meet SPCC requirements. |
