0042988104 | 2014-04-17 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | Witnessed the cementing of the surface casing. 300 ft. of 7 in. pipe was ran in 330 ft of 8.875 in. hole. Good circulation and good returns were observed at the surface. When the plug was landed, cementers pressured up to 700 psi. and held it for five minutes. No pressure was lost. The well burped and cement fell. The well was topped off, and cement stayed at the surface. |
0519451145 | 2016-08-03 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection is a status check on a preliminary restoration. During my inspection the well is equipped with 4.5 inch production casing, 1.5 inch tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. The valves on the 2 inch tubing and 4.5 inch production casing are opened. The production equipment consists of one 100 barrel tank, one vertical separator, and one meter run with the chart dated 8/1/16. The production equipment is within an earthen dike. The location has been graded and vegetation is growing. There are no signs of erosion. One 300 barrel frac tank has been left behind at the beginning of the lease road. As soon as the 300 bbl. frac tank is removed the preliminary restoration can be passed. |
1397677322 | 2014-04-16 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | Witnessed the cementing of the conductor pipe. Good circulation and good returns were observed at the surface. I spoke with the toolpusher, and he stated that they were going to run 730 ft. of surface casing. I told him that they could not run surface casing that deep. There are two wells close by that produce from a zone at that depth. I told him that the surface casing cannot be ran through a hydrocarbon bearing zone. I later received a phone call from Mr. Ben Anderson, the owner of the two wells close by, and he was concerned about them not running the surface casing through that zone. I also told him that it was not permitted by law. |
