Oil ran from tank downhill, had a sufficient dike but ran thru the dike walls - ran down hill in ran and ditch to Hiway 821 and down side of road for 100 or less. When I arrived, pumper had peat put on roads and ditches to absorb oil - looked like less than 20 BBL unless much had soaked in. This was my day off so did not stay longer than to see that spill was contained, clean-up began. |

The well consists of a pumping unit standing over 4.875 casing, 2.875 production tubing, and 1.5 production tubing. The pumping unit was in operation at the time of inspection. The valves on both strings of tubing are in the open position. The tank battery consists of a 100 bbl production tank. There is also a 100 bbl transfer tank along the upper end of the lease road. The tank is shared with P#61032 and another producing well on the lease which Triad-Hunter owns and has no P#. Legible and correct ID information is posted on the production tank. |
