0299531706 2016-04-12 Orphan No Violations Performed an inspection of this well in response to a request from DOGRM Permitting Section. Upon inspection, it was observed that the well is capable of production and appears to be providing domestic gas. The well consists of 6.625 surface casing and 4.5 production casing with a 4-2 swedge, 2 ball valve, and associated steel flow lines. The valve is in the open position. There is a slight gas odor around the well head area. The area around the well is overgrown with brush, indicating the well is not visited often. There are 2 drips and an old meter run near the well which are no longer in use. There is no tank associated with the well. ID information beside the well head says Southeastern Oil & Gas, which is no longer in business. I spoke with the adjacent landowner Rose Cossett, and she stated the well was owned by Charles Hall, who has passed away. Previous inspections indicate the well may be owned by Heinrich Enterprises.
1242152991 2006-10-27 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well not in production, needs some work done to it the pumper says. He verifies that Carl owns it - will not give violation at this time. It is producing for the landowner, no tank found. IDs still say Southeastern. Will call Carl and ask him to get it put on his bond.
