0571736943 2013-12-11 Administrative Inspection No Violations My inspection entry this day to provide information recently gathered for this well. Because this well is already in the Orphan Program, Ryan Carper is withdrawing his request to have the well added to his bond. It will be a difficult well to produce or plug and he will keep the other Beagle Club wells but will leave this well to be plugged in the Orphan well program - it is not on his bond. The well should not have been placed in William Kidds name, as he had no bond or insurance and should be taken out of his name.
0992645242 2013-12-03 Orphan No Violations My inspection this day due to an update needed for the orphan well program. I found this well located 5 or less from the edge of St. Rt. 821 above Whipple, Oh with rods, 2 7/8 OD tubing and 7 OD casing. The casing is rusted off at surface and the wellhead sits roughly 1 above ground level. When it rains heavy, water washes into the casing and oil is floated up and out of the hole, travelling down the road ditch south. The wellhead is shut in but the 2 7/8 casing is open - the rods are almost rusted in two. There are overhead power lines 10-12 above the ground and about 10 west of the well. There is an unnamed tributary of Duck Creek located 45-50 north of the well. There is also a buried water line about 20 west of the highway. This will be a difficult well to plug due to the close proximity of the highway, the topography and the power lines. Pictures taken, SEM is 238.
1393504495 2014-02-26 Administrative Inspection No Violations This well is in the Orphan Well Program but will need a title opinion to determine if it was part of C & Gs lease they acquired from the Beagle Club. Lawyers will need to decide. The Beagle Club says they do not want the well produced, due to liabilities, so will not sign it over to C & G. If C & G takes the well, they will get it in production, not plug it. We are waiting on title review from Legal. They are submitting, once again, additional wells to Bonding to get the wells added to their bond.
